Working the deeper tissues, ligaments, joints and deep fascia, Yin goes beyond asana movements. It is a silent, yielding, deep and nourishing practice, helping us to gain contentment. Simple however not easy, holding postures for longer periods of time. Bringing the student into mindfulness, helping physiologically, energetically, mentally/emotionally, reducing stress and enhancing overall wellbeing. Leaving you FEELING calm, grounded, centred and serene.
